With 1-on-1 Powerlifting Coaching, the goal is to offer high quality weekly coaching and technical feedback while also developing a relationship between coach and athlete. The athlete will receive customized programming on a weekly basis that is designed with their specific goals in mind.

At the start of each week, the coach will provide training. The athlete will log their training in an electronic training log, provide videos of lifts, and a check-in narrative that covers any pertinent details. At the end of the week, the coach will review the week of training, provide technical feedback, and answer any questions.

Initially, the coach and athlete will schedule a video call to get started. Email will be the primary mode of communication, however, the athlete may schedule a video or phone call with their coach at any time.

This 8, 16, or 24-week Customized Powerlifting Programming option will be individually designed for each athlete based on a review of the client intake form, the athlete’s athletic abilities, available equipment, and personal goals. While this is not guided by a coach on a weekly basis, there will be a coach available for a video or email check-in every 4-weeks to review progress and training and make any necessary changes.

ATTENTION: Customized Programming is also offered through our Flex Plan service, which allows weekly installment payments.
