The 1-on-1 Powerlifting Coaching option is our most comprehensive strength coaching service and it goes beyond the programming and technique feedback. Over time, you will build a relationship with your coach that will lead you to your strongest self. Your coach will develop a long-term plan based on your goals, which will be whittled into weekly training that is delivered to you. Each week, you document your training in an electronic training log, provide training videos to your coach, and your coach provides honest, thorough feedback to help you achieve your goals. While most correspondence will take place over email or other written means of communication, you can schedule a phone call or video call with your coach at any time (with the appropriate amount of lead time).

While the goal here is strength, it is important we don’t lose sight of the “why” - whatever that may be for you. Your coach will be empathetic, open and accepting of your individual experience because we understand that every person sees the strength journey through a different lens. Beyond the quantitative information and feedback, your coach can also function as an educator and mentor by providing explanation and answering your questions.
Last, but not least, the coach-athlete relationship is one of trustworthiness. You can rest assured that your personal information and any other private details that you share with your coach will remain as that.
