The product offered under the Customized Programming option will be individually designed for each athlete based on a thorough assessment of athletic abilities, training history, available equipment, and personal goals.
While Customized Programming is not guided weekly by a coach, the coach will be available for consult every 4-weeks. The training plan will be delivered in spreadsheet form so that the athlete may log training electronically to track training and progress effectively.
The athlete can rest assured that the same core values that guide Corvus Strength Co. 1-on-1 Powerlifting Coaching — effective communication, trustworthiness, and empathy — will also guide Customized Programming.
