16 Week Customized Programming Flex Plan

$15.00 every week for 16 weeks

This 16-week Customized Powerlifting Programming option will be individually designed for each athlete based on a review of the client intake form, the athlete’s athletic abilities, available equipment, and personal goals. While this is not guided by a coach on a weekly basis, there will be a coach available for a video or email check-in every 4-weeks to review progress and training and make any necessary changes.

This product is the same service as our traditional 16-Week Customized Programming product, except it is offered in 16 installment payments via a subscription service, rather than full price up front. The value of each variation is equal.
